Guys I need help on how to undub games.

I want to undub my persona 4 US version for the PS2 and I have no idea on how to do it, can anyone help please.

    I need to know:
    1) What programs to use.
    2) Steps on how to use it.

If anyone can help me it will be gracefully appreciated :D

You need ISOs for both the Japanese and USA versions and a tool to unpack the ISO. Post the contents of the extracted directories here, and we will help you figure it out!

Do you want the name of it?
Or the whole thing including the files?

The goal is basically to find where the sound files are, so you should get a directory printout, there are a lot of utilities that can do that.

oh oki so what ur are trying to say is that we will need to change the sound from the usa version and input the japanese sound there?

Yes, but it's not always so simple. For example cut scenes may need to be replaced. Also, sometimes the files may already be in the USA version, that's why you always need to extract and study the contents the ISO first.

Ok and yes there are cutscenes that have the english voices so this might be alot more harder than i though, because i will need to put subs in the cutscenes as well :(

The subtitles are usually in separate files, so you might be OK for that.

OK, it looks like cvn files are archives. The next step is to find an app that can extract them. I would pay special attention to data.cvn.
